Call for Paper Announcement
Seoul, South Korea, 26–28 September 2025
This is final call for paper alert inviting you to contribute ‘a research paper’ or ‘an extended abstract’ to be presented at the 23rd QMOD-ICQSS conference (Quality Management and Organizational Development-An International Conference on Quality and Service Sciences) which will take place in Seoul, South Korea, 26-28 September, 2025. Again, the conference will be held at Yonsei University (https://www.yonsei.ac.kr/en_sc/).
Regarding several inquiries about the abstract submission deadline, we would like to open more opportunities for participation. Thus, we would like to highlight that the QMOD-ICQSS extends the deadline for Abstracts up to April 18, 2025 (Final Extension) to encourage participation. We are waiting for unique and promising research from you.
We are currently conducting reviews of the submitted abstracts and are sending acceptance or rejection notifications to authors as decisions are made. The final submission page is opened, and those who received the acceptance letter can submit their final submission up to June 1, 2025. Also, the deadline for Early registration is June 1, 2025.
We are also glad to announce that our notable keynote speakers will present insightful keynote speeches related to AI and quality management. In the academic field, we invite three notable professionals below:
- Dr. John Oakland, Chairman of the Oakland Group and Emeritus Professor of Leeds University Business School
- Dr. Robin Mann, Head of the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research (COER), Chairman of the Global Benchmarking Network, and a Board Member of the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation
- Dr. Yamada Shu, Professor at the Keio University
Also, to provide the vivid insights from industrial fields, we invite the keynote speakers who can expand practical insights. We invite executive-level speakers from LG Electronics and Netflix Korea.
