About Hotel/Accommodations
We are pleased to assist you in planning your stay for the upcoming QMOD-ICQSS Conference.
We are considering Sangnam Business Hall for the main accommodation due to the distance and convenience, however, it is unfortunate to inform you that the reservation for Sangnam Business Hall will be opened 90 days before the conference date (about June 2025).
1) Sangnam Business Hall (~progressing preliminary survey)
The Sangnam Institute of Management (SIM) was founded in 1999 with the financial support of the Honorary Chairman of LG Group, Cha-Kyung Koo. SIM is affiliated with the Yonsei School of Business (YSB), which is one of the leading business schools in Korea. This place is very close to the main conference hall, however, the actual reservation is available from late June 2025 to August 2025. Due to the Room limitation, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2) THE PLAZA Seoul, Autograph Collection
THE PLAZA Seoul, Autograph Collection is a 5-star hotel in Seoul City that boasts upscale amenities and highly personalized service. It is a 2-minute walk from City Hall Station and offers easy access to the city centre. It takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the front bus station of Yonsei University using 172, and 472 buses and 11 minutes distance from Sinchon Station to Seoul City Hall station using second line subway. According to number of daily QMOD ICQSS visitor accommodations, Bus service to Yonsei University will be provided (Vary depending on the hotel's operating circumstances)

4) Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, an IHG Hotel
Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, an IHG Hotel, is located near Hongdae Street, which is one of the popular streets for tourists. Though it takes about 32 minutes on the road and 26 minutes through the bus (7737), it has great condition of rooms. Reservations are available through the official website, bookings, and Agoda.

5) Shilla Stay Mapo
